Cornerstone Courier Services Launched!
Christmas is unlike any other time in each year’s calendar. It has become a time of celebration not just for Christians, but is perhaps the most celebrated holiday in the world today. This becomes a great reason for us to go out and share the love and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
For the year 2010, we want to do something to help all our churches and mission work in the nations, as well as in Singapore. As such, we are looking to thrust out 300 Cornerstonians – both internationally, as well as locally, to help our churches and outreaches with their Christmas programme this December. What you hold in your hands is the list of trips that we have planned together with the local pastors in the nations. These trips will involve evangelistic crusades, feeding programmes, village outreaches, and many other activities that are focused on bringing the Gospel to the unreached and to the lost.
Registrations will open from the first weekend of June all the way till the first weekend of July. Thereafter, the teams will be finalised and preparations will begin to get every team ready for the trips in December.
On 24 December, in lieu of our annual Christmas@Katong, we will be holding a special concert at the front of our building. The highlight of this event will be a 150-strong choir that will bring Christmas cheer to our community. And finally, on 26 December, the whole church will gather again for a combined service to celebrate and share the good reports from all the teams that have gone out internationally and locally.
Please prayerfully consider giving time this December to make a trip that will make a difference to the lives of others.
